“Mrs. Coffee took a genuine interest in our school and represented the school extremely well. There were numerous times the construction company was prepared to take short-cuts to complete the project, but she was very serious about the fact this project would be completed in time, on budget, and that it would interfere with classes only minimally. She certainly did serve Stand Watie well and we are extremely proud of our building!”
“Julie Coffee successfully led her staff as they hosted the first Canstruction OKC competition in the fall of 2013. Participating as a judge for this worthwhile event, I witnessed first-hand, Mrs. Coffee’s leadership skills in directing activities and clearly instructing individuals during this massive effort. I’ve had the privilege of seeing Mrs. Coffee take steps to establish a thriving business in Oklahoma City while still giving her time to serve her community.”

Julies unique combination of people skills, technical competence, structural design backgrounds…enables her to lead diverse project teams and complete successful projects Julie was considered to be tough but fair…”
“It was a pleasure to work with Julie on a number of construction projects in our district. In her capacity as a project manager consultant for the City of Oklahoma City MAPS for Kids, Julie’s professionalism and expertise contributed greatly to the success of this program. Julie has a gift for bringing the various stakeholders together to make a construction project work successfully. Her contribution to the students, staff, and patrons of Oklahoma City Public Schools was greatly appreciated.”
“I have been involved with Oklahoma City CANstruction for the past two years and look forward to participating for many more! It is invigorating to use creative problem solving in a way that is fun for the teams involved, enjoyable for the public, and ultimately makes a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors. Julie Coffee and the High Impact Management team host this event with an enthusiasm that is infectious and a sincerity befitting the mission. Julie/HIM are available as a resource for teams and are always trying to find ways to improve the event – be it recruiting more participants, soliciting additional sponsors, or organizing an inspiring awards reception. From start to finish, this event speaks to the heart of what design professionals aim to be building in the long run – strong communities. Communities where we each use our time and talents to support those around us.”
“I am very happy I had the honor along with my team of participating in this year’s CANstruction Oklahoma City benefiting the Salvation Army of Oklahoma. It was a profound experience that allowed my co-workers and myself to not only have a little fun doing what we love but doing it for a special organization. All of this could not have been possible without the excellent organization of Mrs. Julie Coffee and her team at High Impact Management Group. It is through their careful planning and guidance that allowed our teams a swift engagement in participation. We were also very inspired by their motivation and excitement to make this event a reality. In the end, it was highly successful! … it could not have been possible without High Impact Management. My team and I thank you for giving us the opportunity to make a great impact in our community with the simple act of staking cans.”
“Julie Coffee with High Impact Management understands today’s construction industry, but that’s not what makes her stand out against the competition. Julie brings invaluable knowledge, experience, and a sense of pride and ownership to every project she undertakes. I had the pleasure of working alongside Julie on the Chevy Bricktown Events Center in downtown Oklahoma City. Under the most difficult and sometimes impossible circumstances, Julie ensured the project remained on schedule, and within the budget every step of the way while maintaining constant client/owner satisfaction, resulting in a fantastic project and revitalized addition to downtown OKC.”
